| About Susan Kelly
As owner, lead floral designer and certified wedding coordinator, Susan Kelly loves flowers and celebrates abundance and natural beauty through her designs. She’s got an encyclopedia of design in her head including classic as well as the newest trends.
She’ll work with you to imagine and design an extraordinary event, and at the same time she knows how to work within your budget.
Susan majored in Ornamental Horticulture and some of her experience includes working as a floral designer at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, which at the time, was the largest working florist in the world. Most recently, she has worked at the nationally acclaimed Mark’s Garden in Los Angeles as a freelance floral designer.
Susan is a certified wedding and event consultant through WPI and a member of NACE Silicon Valley.
Beginning in 2008, Susan was the wedding coordinator at the Stanford Memorial Church on the Stanford University campus and continues to assist when needed.
Susan will work with you on every aspect of your event from finding the right vendors to coordinating everything on the day of your wedding. She is very detail-oriented. While you’re getting ready she’ll make sure everything is perfect, working tirelessly with her team to handle all of the details, and anything that comes up at the last minute.

About The Team
Susan’s team consists of her two sisters, Beth and Wendy, as well as her two nieces Lauren and Hillary.
Hillary loves all aspects of the wedding day process and has inherited her Aunt’s floral design talent. Hillary has a perfectionist’s attention to detail.
Lauren is very experienced at running wedding days successfully. She is excellent at seeing the big picture and is totally on top of every time line item on your special day. Lauren is our go to person for execution of creative ideas.
We love working together! As we work together as a family, we hope to make you feel like you are part of it as well.

At Three Sisters Custom Flowers & Events we care about the environment and consider ourselves a “green florist”. We have the following practices in place:
- Composting of all our plant and organic waste
- Recycling of all packaging materials
- Organic flowers by request
- Locally grown flowers when possible
- Re-using containers, supplies, etc.
